Educated at Swinburne University of Technology and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Darren joined ArtWords, where he worked with the University of Melbourne, ARC Special Research Centres and important not-for-profit organisations such as Centacare, Kildonan and Mental Illness Fellowship Victoria before starting his own agency.
He is an accomplished pianist and pipe organist and serves on the national board of Musica Viva Australia. He is a pro-bono adviser to the Indigenous Art Code and Koala Kids, and a mentor to young marketing professionals. His other interests include visual arts, the Melbourne restaurant scene and stimulating conversation. Darren works directly with a select group of clients because he values personal relationships and understanding businesses intimately over time.

A consummate project manager, Michelle Eden leads our creative team and is responsible for the delivery of creative output.
She has established herself as a talented creative industry leader with 14 years experience working in the graphic design, advertising and product design industries. In her role she consults across the property and professional services sectors in particular. She is driven by her passion to grow businesses.
Michelle leads a creative team whose design expertise is extensive, including brand and logo design, publications design, packaging, document templates, animation, iconography, photography, digital media and other multimedia assets, signage and management of all types of printing.
Before joining Taylor & Grace in 2015, Rebecca’s roles included managing the publishing and branding for the Business Council of Australia, working as a corporate communications manager for Computershare, and serving as a ministerial adviser.
Rebecca has a unique ability to distil complexity into digestible and powerful communication. She is an expert listener and uses her boundless curiosity to analyse clients’ needs. She often represents Taylor & Grace at high-level meetings and discussions.
She has a passion for stakeholder engagement and working on exceptional projects with exceptional people.
Simon has over 15 years experience in the advertising and design industries.
He’s worked on large brand campaigns for the biggest brands in Australia and abroad. Including branding, print, online and digital design and is an early adopter of the latest evolutions in media. Being involved in all stages of the design process has helped develop a balance of strategy and intuition in his approach to problem solving, the ultimate goal being outcomes with conceptual integrity and commercial success.
Always ready to rise to a challenge, Bridget has made the most of every opportunity and created some of her own.
Her passion and drive have seen her shine in many fields, including winning various media awards, bringing energy to sports leadership roles and devouring all things marketing. She received her Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at Monash University and gained hands-on industry experience at DDB before joining T&G. OpenTable, SAI Global, and DoctorDoctor are among the many clients for whom she has been our account and project manager. Bridget loves the surf, having once been a lifeguard, and to take epic hikes, such as the Pacific Crest Trail.
Sheila was born in Italy with a pencil in her hand, well almost.
She would create her own comic books, and her passion for drawing evolved into a love for graphic design. She moved to Australia in 2002 and followed her dream to have a career in the design and marketing industry. She’s worked on online adverting, brand development and real estate and brings an easy going, a little bit quirky and always determined edge to every project she works on. She loves travelling, dancing and cooking Italian meals, of course.
Heather has been at Taylor & Grace (wearing many different hats) since 2007.
She keeps operations moving and is an integral part of the team. Her can-do hands-on efficiency is a much-appreciated talent. She is an expert in organising others having raised four busy children, one of them she still keeps a close eye on every day, that’s Darren. To unwind after a productive day, Heather likes to have a go at any sort of craftwork and spend time with her grandchildren.

Mark Schreiber is an award-winning novelist.
He graduated high school three years early and has been writing full-time ever since. His novel Princes in Exile was published in 10 countries and made into a film. For the last two years he has been a digital nomad, living on four continents, publishing books, creating apps and working with Taylor & Grace as a writer and brand strategist.
Elinor Graham has a distinguished background in marketing and advertising, working with some of the country’s biggest brands at internationally awarded agencies.

One of Australia’s pioneers in digital interactive communication and a practitioner of facilitative leadership (through Interaction Associates in Boston), she has held senior roles with Australia’s largest production house, AAV-Australia, Ford Australia, Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and been contracted to various government and tourism industry bodies in both Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania at Director level.
Jacqui Louw is a senior market research professional and management consultant with over 20 years experience in applying quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to the development of organisational and business strategies.

Jack Room is a consultant whose career started in Melbourne at international advertising agency JWT in 1970.
He is a multi-award winning Television Art Director who has owned design companies in London and managed the creative output of one of the world’s largest multi-national agencies. In 1987 he co-founded BADJAR, which grew to become Australia’s largest wholly owned advertising and brand agency. Jack is an Honorary Life member of the Melbourne Art Directors and Designers Club.
