A new brand of luxury townhouses
Branson Property Group
Branson Property Group needed to brand a new development of eight luxury townhomes in Essendon in Melbourne’s north west. This level of luxury in a townhouse was the first for the suburb at the time, so it was important to position the development as both exceptional and suitable to the locale. The campaign was very well received with six of the eight properties sold off the plan, within two weeks of release, with the remaining two sold soon after.
