Extensive research provides a robust foundation for brand reinvention
Pre- Taylor & Grace’s involvement, AutoCRC was a narrowly focused, Government funded, industry–research collaboration body. We were tasked to help it become a more general consultancy directed to technology development and manufacturing management outside of the auto industry.
We consulted staff, customers, prospects and industry stakeholders widely to inform a robust brand strategy and the resulting name and creative development. Twelve months in, the business had successfully transitioned from an auto industry-related Cooperative Research Centre to a more diversified business addressing the food, construction and wider manufacturing sector.
